Power tool battery:
As the name implies, the battery for power tools is the battery used on power tools. Electric tools used to use nickel cadmium battery more, because it supports high current discharge characteristics. Recently, because of the RoHS directive, many of them have been changed to Ni MH batteries. Of course, lithium batteries can also be used. When charging lithium batteries, it is better to control the constant current first and then the constant voltage. Of course, the more the full detection methods are, the safer they are.
At present, there are two kinds of batteries for electric tools
One is the nickel cadmium battery: it is the common rechargeable battery on the market, which is used in many places. For example, flashlight, desk lamp, some toy remote control electric car, and so on all use this. Because this kind of cost is relatively low!
The other is a lithium battery: it's different from a nickel cadmium battery. Small size, high capacity, more cycles of charge and discharge, no memory. At low temperature, it is not as much as the capacity of nickel cadmium battery! But the disadvantage is that the cost is relatively high! At present, these two kinds of batteries are sold in the world! However, the power tools with NiCd batteries are generally equipped with two batteries, and those with lithium batteries are equipped with one battery, but the price is slightly more expensive than those with two NiCd batteries! In the case of purchasing, it is recommended to purchase nickel cadmium battery, which is more affordable. If working at high altitude, lithium battery is needed when charging is inconvenient!
Electric tool battery: domestic and imported.
7.2V: the multi torque torque of 1.4ah and 1.5Ah is 8N and the revolution is 600rpm;
9.6V: the battery capacity is 1.4ah and 1.5Ah, 1.7ah. The torque is 17 n. there are two gears in the revolution per minute, 800 rpm at high speed and 350 rpm at low speed;
12V: the battery capacity is 1.4ah, 1.7ah, 2.0ah.2.6ah, the torque is 26 n at maximum, 1050 rpm at high speed and 350 rpm at low speed.
14V and 18V and 12V are the same, but 14V and 18V are mostly used on impulse wrench.
The 24 V and 36 v hammers are also only used in rechargeable hammers, but they are definitely not available in China. Only Bosch, Hitachi, Dewei and hilide are imported hammers, and lithium batteries are required
3.6V to 18V use more nickel cadmium, because it is cheap. But nickel cadmium battery is not very durable, it must be used up before recharging, otherwise the battery life is not long, and unlike lithium batteries, which are charged on demand.
